1. Course Purchases

1.1 Refund Policy for One-Off Course Purchases

  • Customers who purchase individual courses from Sports Business Education may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Refund requests must be made in writing through our support system or via email hello@sportsbe.net.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

2. Subscription Services

2.1 Subscription Cancellation Policy

  • Customers who subscribe to our auto-renewing subscription service have the option to cancel their subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation requests should be made at least [Y] days prior to the renewal date to avoid being charged for the subsequent month.
  • Customers can cancel their subscription by visiting their account settings on our website or by contacting our customer support.

2.2 Post-Renewal Cancellation Requests

  • If a customer wishes to cancel their subscription after it has been renewed for the current month, the request must be made within 14 days of the renewal date.
  • Cancellation requests for the current month’s subscription fee will not be eligible for a refund, but the subscription will be canceled for future renewals.

  • Refunds are issued based on the original payment method, which may include Stripe, PayPal, or other payment providers.
